Dear Members of the Korean Otologic Society !

First of all, I would like to thank all the members for letting me hold this crucial role as the 10th chair of the Korean Otologic Society which has grown up like a robust youngman of 20 years old. I will do my best in order to develop the Korean Otologic Society during the next 2 years.

Since 1990, the Korean Otologic Society has made remarkable progress due to your contributions and professionalism. Especially, nowadays academic and social activity of the Korean Otologic Society is much greater than any other society, and the potential of our society is quite extensive. I will put a lot of effort for the growth and progress of the Korean Otologic Society.

Recently, the situation of practice in otolaryngology has been badly weakened and the number of residents have been reduced a lot. The Korean Otologic Society will provide you the latest knowledge of otology. So that, we could offer the world's best healthcare services to patients and treat them properly. I also will make efforts to provide the special academic programs to the doctors in the training of otology. With blue ocean strategy and new engines of the otology, I will make chances to regain the reputation we had previously.
